Business rules editing and assistance in their application;
Assistance in company bargaining and drawing up of employment contracts to implement the new legislation;
Assistance in disciplinary procedures;
The extrajudicial phase is organized and structured to avoid the outbreak of litigations. For this purpose a “monitoring” of the risk positions is preferred and recommended, so as to allow the suggestion of suitable precautionary activities.

FOR THE JUDICIAL PHASE:

Constitution and defense of the Client in all the disputes, precautionary procedures or proceedings on the merits before the national judicial authorities.
